Our bodies thrive with movement, the body tissue, muscles, ligaments, organs…all become more fluid, pliable, nourished and alive with movement. Nutrients and energy are able to flow through the tissue with ease. Lack of movement causes all the bodily tissue to become adhered, stiff and shortened. Nutrients and energy can get blocked in tissue/organs and stagnate. The modern sedentary life for many is less active, so it is valuable to take time from your day to move with intention. Jerome and Corinne will share different some forms of movement within individual sessions that are appropriate to your health.
