Taoist Yoga focuses on stretching the meridians to ensure flexibility during qigong where the flow of energy is key. Taoist Yoga from the Supreme Science Qigong recommends doing it after a 40 minute Qi Gong practice but it may also be done before or on its own. It is a 20 minute routine included in the dvd Qi Gong level one. Corinne presents them together in small classes or individually.
