We Are Committed to Your Health and Well Being through Massage, Hypnosis, Breathwork, Movement and Food Healing

Our Services

We offer Rehabilitative and Wellness Massage, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork and Movement, and Food Healing. Our massage therapy ranges from the basics of Swedish Massage and Foot Reflexology; to various forms of Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Positional Release work; to the Trager®Approach's movement-work-on-the-table; to Pregnancy Massage and Lymphatic Drainage. The diversity of our work meets the challenges that come through our door.

Meet Us

We each have over 30 years of experience in the art of caring and sensitive touch. We ran one of the first alternative wellness centers in Seattle, and taught Swedish Massage, Foot Reflexology, Touch for Health Applied Kinesiology and Autogenics (Self-Hypnosis) through the UW Experimental College. We believe that the world would be a better place if each of us cared more for each other and ourselves through touch and positive affirmation. We have provided rehabilitative massage for patients using Auto & Labor & Industry insurance since 1985, and were among the first to process medical insurance cases in '96 as in-network massage providers for Group Health, Regence, Premera, Uniform Medical, and Aetna.

In Our Community

Seattle and Greenlake are our community. Corinne, a Greenlake/Seattle native and Jerome, a Seattlite since '76, care about the life of this community. Greenlake is a place of fitness/health, reflection and social, political and economic engagement. We always look forward to the annual Hiroshima to Hope, Solstice, and New Years events at the lake. Seattle is a part of a web that weaves communities. The air and water that we breathe also flows around the world. Though a large part of the foods and products that we buy support local businesses, farmers, and farmland, at times they come from the earth and labor of those far away. So our community also depends on the health of other communities.
When you come to our office you step into a quiet space set-off from the hustle and bustle of the city. Calming music and the scent of subtle, aromatic oils fill the air. When the weather permits the linens are hung on a line and dried by the fresh air and sun. The oils and detergents are organic with minimal scents.

We use locally produced products when possible without jeopardizing quality. We are affordable and accessible. We offer senior, student, military, and financial-hardship discounts. We provide licensed, insured, reference-based, locally-owned, and board-certified massage.
