We both have over 30 years of  experience in the art of caring and sensitive touch as massage practitioners; 25 of those we ran one of the first alternative wellness centers in Seattle. We taught Swedish Massage, Foot Reflexology, Touch for Health Applied Kinesiology and Autogenics(Self Hypnosis) many years through the UW Experimental College. Our classes reflect our belief that “the world would be a better place if each of us cared for each other and ourselves more through touch and positive affirmations. We have provided rehabilitative massage for patients using Auto & Labor & Industry insurance  since 1985 and medical insurance cases since ’96 when it first started paying for medically necessary massage. Since ’96 we have been In-Network-Massage-Providers for Group Health, Regence, Premera, Uniform Medical, Aetna…

Though massage is our primary focus, Jerome, a certified hypnotherapist, gives individual sessions in hypnosis and has taught Autogenic  Training, a form of self hypnosis, either in class or individually for 30 years. Autogenics helps you:

  • improve your health and well being and aids in the healing of digestive problems, insomnia, headaches, substance abuse, fatigue and ordinary aches and pains.
  • produce positive life changes for studying, weight management,  smoking cessation, motivation for achieving goals.
  • produces an experience of deep relaxation.  Great for stress reduction.

Corinne since ’96 has had a passion for the ancient practice of QiGong which incorporates subtle but powerful movements, breath and touch.  To help maintain the bodywork we do we both may recommend various movement modalities in the massage sessions or are available for mini-classes. We believe you have a birthright of energy and even as that is expended you can also cultivate it through breath, our touch, meditation, qi gong forms and micronutrient rich foods.  In doing so we support better posture, alignment, movement and functioning of all the organs and tissues in the body preventing illness and disease.
